Rice Cooker Oatmeal with Apples and Cinnamon (Corrected recipe)

A messy pour😳lol

During the cold weather I love to have a nice hot Oatmeal for breakfast or lunch.

Ready to switch on!

I love using my little rice cooker to cook my Oatmeal because it is super convenient and easy to clean afterwards. Simply layer all the ingredients inside your rice cooker, add water and switch on. It’s that easy! Within a few minutes, you have a hot and hearty meal!

Just finished cooking!

I like to eat my oatmeal from my favorite white porcelain bowl with a daub of butter and about 1/2 of cold milk.

It’s just the way my mother fixed it while I was growing up and I still like the pale yellow of the melting butter floating and swirling into the white milk, as well as, the contrast between the hot oatmeal and cold milk.

Ever since I was a child, I have loved the pale yellow of the melting butter floating and swirling into the white milk.
It must be the artist in me!

Here’s the recipe:

I’m so sorry, there were a couple type-os in the recipe I posted on December 17th.
This is the corrected version.
